Minor Updates

Updated the following:

• Warrior's Frenzy Talent: Decided to make it something they can use when they decide to make their first attack instead of them having to us their Bonus Action.
• Exhaustion Point & Long Rests: Removed the rule about characters gaining exhaustion points if they don't use a tent in "unsafe places".
