Beta Playtest-Version 3

Hi All,

Been hard at work updating some rules and adding more to the setting. 

Major updates:

• Abilities are now known as Techniques or TEKs.
• Weapon layout has been changed a bit.
• Some new Conditions,
• Rules for "Breathing in the Void".
• Major updates to Crew members & Hirelings.
• Major updates to Creating NPCs & ENPCs.
• Changes to Appendix A & B.
• Added some SOLO PLAY rules throughout the rulebook.

As always all changes are in RED and hope you enjoy.
